SHIPPING RULES

The purchased Jewels will be delivered from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 18.00.
Delivery time:
- delivery in Italy: within 2 working days following confirmation and payment of the order, unless otherwise specified in the Site during the holiday and closing periods of Moma;
- delivery in Europe: from 5 to 7 working days after confirmation and payment of the order, unless otherwise specified in the Site during the holiday and closing periods of Moma.

- delivery abroad: within 15 working days following the confirmation and payment of the order, unless otherwise specified in the Site during the holiday and closing periods of Moma.
MOMA is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the Jewels attributable to the shipper or due to force majeure.

SHIPPING FEES
For purchases with delivery on Italian territory, shipping is free and takes place through MOMA's trusted couriers. For purchases with delivery abroad, the shipment takes place with MOMA's trusted couriers; the shipping cost estimate is provided after entering the shipping address. For shipments to countries outside the European Union customs duties will be charged to the recipient; the courier appointed by MOMA will provide you with the relevant invoice upon delivery of the Jewels.

CHECKING THE GOODS
At the time of delivery of the Jewelry by the courier appointed by us, you are required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet or, in any case, altered even in the closing materials. Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery.
Once the courier's document has been signed, you will not be able to make any objection about the appearance of the goods delivered. Failure to match the ordered goods with the delivered goods must be promptly communicated by sending an email to the address: info@momagioielli.com
